SUBDIVISION APPLICATION and PUBLIC HEARING – May 20, 2025
Town of Stratford NH Planning Board
Notice is hereby given that an application by Lisa Wheelock, Trustee, to subdivide Map 235 Lot 010 into 2 lots will be considered by the Planning Board on 2025‑May-20 at 6:30 PM in the Stratford Town Hall during a regular meeting of the Board. If the Board votes to accept the application as complete, a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. After the hearing, the Board will consider the merits. Should it not reach a decision during this business meeting the application will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
Excavations Permits
Stratford now has a permitting process for all commercial excavations. A permit is required per NH RSA 155-E!

The Planning Board is a forward looking panel of Stratford citizens concerned with realizing our community’s vision of what the Town is and what it should be, as expressed through the Town’s Master Plan. To that end, the Board reviews land use change applications within the constraints of Town, State, and federal laws and regulations.
The Board consists of five voting members and two alternates appointed by the Select Board. The Board normally holds its business meetings on the third Tuesday of each month and also conducts public hearings on applications and regulatory changes. All Planning Board meetings and hearings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend.
