The Tri-County Community Assistance Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating poverty across America.

If you are unsheltered, or at risk of becoming unsheltered, the TCCAP offers Housing & Stability Programs and Services.

In need of Fuel and Electric Assistance? The TCCAP is there, and can help provide support in times of emergency.

From Guardianship Services to Transportation, Senior Meals to Head Start, or Weatherization to Aging & Disability Resources the TCCAP is dedicated to empowering communties and opening the door to self-sufficiency.

Coös County Family Health Services (CCFHS) understands the role oral health plays in your overall health. As their division, Coös County Family Dental adheres to the same standards for providing the highest quality care to everyone regardless of economic status. To this end, CCFHS is working towards the development of an electronic health record to allow patients of CCFHS and Coös County Family Dental to benefit from continuous and seamless communication between their dental and medical providers. 

Coös County Family Dental offers X-Rays, Fillings, Extractions, Evaluations, Dental Hygiene, Sealants, and Flouride Treatments.

Preventative and basic care, including periodic oral exams, cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatments, full-range of x-rays, fillings, basic extractions, and limited periodontal therapy, are available to those who qualify through a Sliding Fee Discount Program. The established discounts for this program can be found below:

  • Level A: $30
  • Level B: $45
  • Level C: $55
  • Level D: $65

Exclusions from the program include crowns, root canals, and specialty services.

​211 NH is the connection for New Hampshire residents to the most up to date resources they need from specially trained Information and Referral Specialists. 211 NH is available 24 hours, 365 days a year. Multilingual assistance and TDD access is also available. For those outside of New Hampshire, call 1.866.444.4211.
211 NH is an initiative of Granite United Way and relies on the generosity of donors and partners like Eversource, the State of New Hampshire, Volunteer NH and local United Ways.

Head Start
Head Start is a federally funded, comprehensive child development program that serves income eligible families with children between the ages of 3 and 5. The Tri-County Community Action Head Start program serves families in Carroll, Coös and Grafton counties.
