SUBDIVISION APPLICATION and PUBLIC HEARING
Town of Stratford NH Planning Board
Notice is hereby given that an application by Goulet Estates, LLC to subdivide Map 213 Lot 050 into 12 lots will be considered by the Planning Board on 2024‑May-21 at 6:30 PM in the Stratford Town Hall, lower level, during a regular meeting of the Board.
If the Board votes to accept the application as complete, a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. After the hearing, the Board will consider the merits. Should it not reach a decision during this business meeting the application will stay on the Board’s agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
