As of April 30, 2024 the Stratford Town Clerk is NOT processing DMV registrations for the Town of Northumberland anymore. If you are a resident of the Town of Northumberland, please see the Town Office in Groveton – the new Clerk is now DMV certified and they are processing motor vehicle registrations again.
